Business Plan Development
We have multiple approaches to meet your needs. We can create an extensive business plan that identifies operations and sales plans and can be used for funding. We can also provide a simplified business plan that identifies the needs for the business startup when outside funding is not required. We can also work with aspiring entrepreneurs to identify and close knowledge gaps in business acumen while creating a business plan. The business owners involvement can vary based on their desire, time availability, and budget. To date, all business plans submitted for funding have been approved. |
